We want to be different... human
We're building a company that's different. We're building it for you. Read on to see why and how we're doing this.
Our Core Values
The beliefs that guide our company
Simplicity.
Simplicity is about subtracting the obvious and adding the meaningful. – John Maeda
Simplicity is a cornerstone of effective business practices for several reasons. It brings clarity, efficiency, and focus, which are essential in a world overwhelmed by complexity. By simplifying processes, we eliminate overwhelm and create a more streamlined and enjoyable experience for both clients and employees.
We cut through the complexity —with upfront pricing, smoother onboarding, streamlined processes, and easy, direct communication. Simple. Easy. Good. Done.
Communication.
Effective communication is the key to successful relationships. – C. Stephen Byrum
Why is communication important to us? At its core, communication is about connection. It is the bridge that links us to you, allowing us to understand your unique challenges and aspirations. In a world where businesses often prioritize efficiency over empathy, we choose to place human connection at the forefront.
We do this by creating feedback mechanisms that actively seek input from you through, and regular check-ins to address any concerns, responsive support that ensures your inquiries are promptly answered, and proactive communication by creating client portals where you can access your financial information, track progress, and communicate directly with us.
People first; profits second.
People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. – Theodore Roosevelt
This is a cornerstone of our company, ensuring that we prioritize you and our employees over profits.
This means gathering live feedback from you and our employees, maintaining an open-door policy, investing in people rather than obsessing over cutting costs, ensuring leaders view their roles as serving their teams, and holding one-on-one meetings with you and our employees.
We like to say: take care of your employees, and they will take care of the client.

A personal note from Chris
I started AccountVis because I wanted to create a company that truly sees business from the client and employee's perspective. I’ve learned that when employees are treated well, they are enabled to treat clients the way they deserve. I’ve worked at companies that build their processes from the top down, and I’ve seen how it negatively affects employees—and ultimately clients. That’s why we're building AccountVis from the bottom up.
Simplicity is another thing at the heart of our philosophy. Over time, I’ve seen complexity take over workplaces, making it harder
